Remuneration information

In line with the requirements on remuneration set out by the Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (commonly known as “Capital Requirements Regulation” or “CRR”), the German Remuneration Ordinance for Institutions ("Institutsvergütungsverordnung"; ("InstitutsVergV")), the Luxembourg Law of 5 April 1993 on Financial Sector as amended and the relevant Circulars of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), Clearstream Group publishes in the following pages information on remuneration for its regulated companies in Germany and Luxembourg.

In Germany, remuneration principles and rules are set by the Clearstream Group Remuneration Policy which has been adopted by Clearstream Holding AG and Clearstream Banking AG.
