From 2014 onwards
Regulated companies within Clearstream Group fulfil their disclosure obligations in accordance with the regulatory requirements. Further details are set out in the Remuneration Policy of Clearstream Group.
As of 2014, the disclosures on remuneration according to Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (commonly known as "Capital Requirements Regulation" or "CRR") as well as the German Ordinance on the Supervisory Requirements for Institutions’ Remuneration Systems (German Remuneration Ordinance commonly known as "Institutsvergütungsverordnung" or "InstitutsVergV" in the version of 16 December 2013) and the Circulars of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF") are published for Clearstream Group and can be found below.
On 4 August 2017, the revised version of the German Remuneration Ordinance came into effect. Its implications, especially with regard to the disclosure obligations, have been fulfilled in accordance with § 28 InstitutsVergV.
