The theme of this year’s conference ‘Enabling the digital economy’ focuses on the digital transformation of financial market infrastructures.

Whether you are looking for more insights on how to make the most of your assets or to maximise the use of all available asset classes as collateral, we are pleased to further explore and discuss your needs at Sibos in Sydney.

Making the most of your assets

Our Sibos delegates look forward to providing the latest news on our fully-fledged Investor-CSD offering that enables customers to benefit from full asset servicing capabilities and harmonised technical interfaces across T2S Investor-CSDs and the Clearstream ICSD. Clearstream’s T2S offering is supported by the existing safety and regulatory compliance framework already in place for our role of primary market infrastructure provider.

The Clearstream hosted community session ‘The need for improving collateral mobility – HQLA as a driving force’ will address some major issues in today’s securities lending markets, such as the need for improving the mobility of liquidity across pools of collateral currently residing in disparate custody accounts.

Representatives from banks, custodians, market infrastructures and fintech will discuss how the need for a better HQLA management has further pushed initiatives that already substantially improve collateral mobility. One example is the latest innovative strategic partnership between Deutsche Börse Group and fintech firm HQLAx building a custody agnostic securities lending solution on the R3 Corda blockchain platform.

Come and see us at our stand L1-D10 or join our experts for in-depth discussions on current industry topics at the following sessions:
