Clearstream Client Services invites you to take part
Understanding your experience of working with Clearstream is essential to how we shape our future services and gives us the opportunity to fully focus on your needs.
As you know, every year we carry out our own Client Services satisfaction survey: an opportunity for you to give us valuable input into future improvements to our service levels.
Last year more than 1,200 completed surveys were received and analysed and have shaped our ongoing enhancement pipeline.
This year we hope to receive even more feedback and encourage you to take the time to complete our 13th annual survey.
Your honest and candid opinion is crucial for the future development of services designed with your needs in mind.
Completing the survey only requires a few minutes. We kindly ask you to answer a few questions relating to your experience with Clearstream's Client Services representatives and with Clearstream's products and services.
Client Services' regular contacts will receive an invitation via email with a link in order to complete the survey.
