This Taxflash, originally published on 24 July 2017, has been updated to correct the Maximum DTT rate for equities to 10% for Spain and Mexico.

1. This treaty applies from 1 January 2017.

Unless otherwise indicated, the treaties above generally apply from 1 January 2018.
