Following Clearstream Banking1 Announcement D17028 of 27 April 2017, we provide customers with further service and timeline details about the roll-out of the enhanced OneClearstream Investor-CSD service for T2S markets in 2018.
Clearstream Banking reminds customers that documentation describing functional and technical details has been published. Furthermore, Clearstream Banking is pleased to announce the migration timeline and market scope, subject to adoption of the enhanced Investor-CSD service:

The migration for these markets will affect all customer holdings on CBF CSD accounts for all asset classes in these markets. Customers should note that Clearstream Banking will accept additional asset classes for selected markets from the migration date.
As announced previously, for customers holding assets in these markets through the existing CBF Investor-CSD service, the migration will translate into a mandatory migration that possibly requires adaptations to processes and systems. Customers will need to adopt OneClearstream services for Asset Servicing, including ClearstreamXact Connectivity for this activity. Customers have the option to adopt OneClearstream for Settlement services and associated Connectivity as well but this is on a voluntary basis.
Detailed testing and cut-over information and new link guides will be published in due course.
Clearstream Banking reminds customers that its Investor-CSD service will only be accessible using OneClearstream connectivity. Customers who use the service occasionally will require adaptations to continue using the Investor-CSD service.
For further information, customers may contact Clearstream Banking Client Services or their Relationship Manager.
