OneClearstream documentation and test timeline for Investor-CSD services
Note: The attachment of this announcement was replaced by the most recent OneClearstream Functional Specifications.
Following Clearstream Banking1 Announcement D17028 of 27 April 2017 and D17034 of 9 June 2017, we are pleased to provide customers with further information about the OneClearstream Functional Specifications and test timeline.
For customers holding assets on the existing CBF Investor-CSD links to T2S markets, the implementation of our enhanced Investor-CSD solution will translate into a mandatory migration, market by market, towards the new operating model according to the timeline published on 9 June 2017. Such migration will likely require adaptations to processes and systems.
In order to help customers preparing for the migration, Clearstream Banking hereby publishes the OneClearstream Functional Specifications Release 2.0 describing the future general OneClearstream service including Market Coverage, Settlement, Asset Servicing, Cash Management and Connectivity. The current release also includes details concerning market-specific processes for the markets France, Netherlands, Belgium (ESES), Luxembourg and the Eurobond market. Clearstream Banking intends to publish successive releases documenting market specifics for each market affected by the OneClearstream migration. The current Functional Specifications Release 2.0 is attached to this announcement.
We would like to remind customers that technical specifications related to SWIFT format changes are available in the Xact via SWIFT User Guide.
To enable customers to test their adaptation to processes and systems, starting in Q4 2017, Clearstream Banking will provide testing facilities as well as a dedicated test support team. Further details will be available in due time through publication of a customer test guide.
For further information, clients may contact Clearstream Banking Client Services or their Relationship Officer.
