Enhanced invoice services: Decommissioning of paper invoices - update
This announcement was updated to provide the latest dates for the implementation of the Billing Portal.
Further to Announcement A16169 , Clearstream Banking1 informs customers using the Electronic Invoicing service that paper invoices will soon be decommissioned, however the service will be postponed due to a technical issue.
Clearstream Banking will continue to send main paper invoices until June 2018 (free of charge) even if the customer has obtained access to the Billing Portal and has completed the attached Electronic Invoicing application form.
This is part of Clearstream Banking’s continued efforts to enhance its services and help to reduce the environmental impacts of its invoice services. Therefore, we encourage all customers to start using the Clearstream Billing Portal as the primary method to download, view and revise invoices and reports with the detailed charges.
Note for customers without Billing Portal access
The Clearstream Banking Billing Portal provides easy online access to invoices and detailed fee reports. Use of the Billing Portal is free of charge.
To benefit from Clearstream Banking’s electronic invoicing, customers must subscribe to the Clearstream Billing Portal using the attached Central Coordinator application form and then apply for Electronic Invoicing using the attached Electronic Invoicing application form.
