CBF - Declaration of completeness
CBF - Declaration of completeness from the supervisory authority BaFin with regards to CBF’s application file pursuant to Art. 17 CSDR (Core Services) was issued on 22 July 2019. Following this declaration of completeness, BaFin has now up to six months to review CBF’s compliance with the requirements of the CSDR regulation. This latter step also involves other relevant regulators.
In agreement with BaFin, the procedure under Art. 55 CSDR will be carried out next year.
