Settlement Discipline Regime (SDR): ESMA proposes to postpone CSDR settlement discipline to February 2022
With regards to the operational news of 28 July 2020, Clearstream informs its customers that the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a new regulatory technical standard (RTS) to postpone the entry into force of the CSDR settlement discipline regime to 1 February 2022.
Clearstream is currently reviewing its related documentation and will amend it in the forthcoming days.
