Issues with TARGET2 continue III
TARGET2 is expected to resume normal operations by approximately 22:30 CET.
The new cut-off times will be confirmed as soon as the system has resumed operations. It may require extending the business day of 23 October 2020 to 24 October 2020.
T2S processing has resumed at 21:30 CET. The EOD will start at 22:30 CET and the SOD will change at 23:15 CET. The start of NTS will be postponed until the liquidity from TARGERT2 is available for NTS.
