Norway: Updated reclaim documentation
Further to our announcement A18122, concerning the appointment of Danske Bank as Clearstream Banking’s1 new account operator in Norway, effective settlement date

Clearstream Banking would like to inform customers that the following two forms, used for tax reclaim purpose, have been updated to reflect the changes:
- Application for refund of Norwegian withholding tax (prefilled version); and
- Request to the Norwegian Tax Authorities for Tax Refund
Impact on customers
Customers wishing to reclaim tax on Norwegian dividends through the standard refund procedure via Clearstream Banking must, as of 30 November 2018, use the above updated forms, together with any other additional mandatory documentation, as stated in our Market Taxation Guide – Norway.
