Clearstream Banking1 informs customers that effective

negative CZK interest will no longer be applicable on end-of-day long balances.
Interest rates on year-end long cash balances
Clearstream Banking would like to remind customers that over year-end, interest rates may be subject to unusually high volatility. As a result, negative interest rate will exceed usual levels. In line with current market practice, we reserve the right to charge negative rates on long balances based on prevailing market conditions.
Customers are asked to monitor their cash balances and ensure they remain within their normal levels. In the event that balances are in excess of normal business levels, and as a result of prevailing market conditions, we retain the right to apply an exceptional charge on these balances.
For further information, customers may contact Clearstream Banking Client Services or their Relationship Officer.
