Note: This announcement, originally published on 21 February 2022, has been updated to inform customers that Internet Explorer 11 will no longer work to access Xact Web Portal. 

Clearstream Banking1 reminds customers that effective

25 June 2022

Internet Explorer 11 will no longer work to access Xact Web Portal.

This is following the end of support by Microsoft for Internet Explorer 11.

Customers are encouraged to use Xact Web Portal with one of the following three supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome;
  • Mozilla Firefox ESR;
  • Microsoft Edge (based on Chromium).
