ClearstreamXact: Migration of scheduled reports from CreationOnline to Xact Web Portal

Clearstream Banking1 informs customers that in order to allow a seamless continuation of the scheduled reports currently accessed via CreationOnline, and not migrated to Xact Web Portal, it will configure its systems on

Saturday, 19 November

to identify the relevant CreationOnline Organisation Unit(s) (OU) and link them to their corresponding Xact Web Portal Organisation Unit(s) (OU).

This will allow customers to also see the scheduled reports which are still linked to their CreationOnline OU in Xact Web Portal.

Customers can click on the “Import” button in Xact Web Portal to move one or more scheduled reports to Xact Web Portal (see the attached guide for detailed steps).

This will allow customers to manage them in Xact Web Portal and also to view generated reports in Xact Web Portal.

Customers needing assistance to check the links and to import the scheduled reports are invited to contact the Connectivity Helpdesk.

On 3 December 2022, the scheduled reports linked to a CreationOnline OU with a linked Xact Web Portal OU will be moved to Xact Web Portal.

Existing and newly generated reports will still be available for download in CreationOnline.

During a further release in Q1/2023, all remaining scheduled reports from CreationOnline will be moved to Xact Web Portal. If customers are unable to see the scheduled reports appearing in their Xact Web Portal OU they are invited to contact the Connectivity Helpdesk to link the scheduled reports to their OU.

The reporting module in CreationOnline will also be decommissioned.

In addition, customers who are still using Xact File Transfer (previously CreationDirect) filestore and filestore user management functions in CreationOnline, should refer to the attached guide on the steps required on how to migrate the functionality to Xact Web Portal.
