Tradable platforms

BCBA

All securities listed on the BCBA are tradable through SINAC (Sistema Integrado de Negociacion por Computadora).

Primary market transactions for equity usually take place in the form of an IPO or in the form of subscriptions.

For the secondary market, there are two trading sessions at the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange:

  • The Concurrent market, where trades are traded electronically through SINAC or through an
    open outcry;
  • The Continuous Trading Session, where trades are executed bilaterally between brokers and then input in the SIB, the Market Information System.
