OneClearstream migration to ESES - Reminder
Following Announcement A17172 of 4 April 2018, Clearstream Banking1 would like to remind its customers that for all ESES securities migrated to OneClearstream, T2S counterparties have to adapt their settlement format in order to settle against the CBL omnibus account in CBF. The place of settlement has changed to DAKVDEFFXXX as CBL customer assets are located in CBF and not in ESES anymore.
In order to avoid any settlement delays and fails, we encourage T2S counterparties and local issuers to check the formats with their local custodians or ESES on how to format instructions against CBL counterparties. In this context, customers are reminded that the delivery of securities free of payment and without matching (Dumps) from ESES counterparties to CBL customers should always be credited on CBF’s account in ESES (participant code 607 for France, 1603 for Netherlands and 1604 Belgium) for securities migrated to OneClearstream.
For further information, customers may contact Clearstream Banking Client Services or their Relationship Officer.
