Clearstream Banking1 is pleased to advise that agent bank, Citibank in Kyiv, is operational and in a position to provide Clearstream with a limited service.
The secondary market is currently closed. Clearstream’s Domestic against payment and free of payment settlement instructions are not currently being processed but a limited settlement window may be opened in the domestic market on 1 March 2022. Foreign exchange services in UAH are currently suspended.
Internal against payment settlement in Ukrainian securities and in Hryvnia (UAH) continues uninterrupted.
