Clearstream Banking1 would like to inform customers that further to our Taxflash T16016, dated 27 April 2016, the Greek Parliament has on 8 May 2016 voted into law the tax bill concerning the provision on the increase of withholding tax on dividends from 10% to 15%. Effective
immediately
the new rate will be applicable with retrospective effect on income earned from 1 January 2016 onwards.
