New Global Note legal framework
Issuers and their agents are required to use the Templates when issuing securities in NGN form.
From 3 June 2024 only the June 2024 version will be valid.

New Safekeeping Structure Legal Packs were prepared by Allen & Overy LLP. They contain the required documents for issuing securities in NSS form, non-electronic and electronic.
