CFF: The W&W Global Strategies Fund and The W&W Global Investments Fund

The W&W Global Strategies Fund and The W&W Global Investments Fund investment funds handled by Société Générale Securities Services SGSS (Ireland) Limited as Order Handling Agent, and listed in the attached spreadsheet, will use the Central Facility for Funds (CFF) service.

All customers of Clearstream Banking¹ that hold positions in these investment fund shares will immediately benefit from the CFF process and services.

Migration details

1. All settlements with immediate effect use the CFF processes and settle against FIA 10545 in Clearstream Banking, as listed in the associated spreadsheet.
2. All corporate actions with immediate effect will use the CFF processes
