Funds can be in the form of:

  • Trusts
    • Registered schemes or Managed Investment Schemes governed under Chapter 5C of Corporations Act 2021 (Cth) (Corporations Act)
    • Unregistered schemes governed by the terms of the trust deed, and general trust law and state-based trustee legislation
