CBL customer settlement instruction
When instructing a subscription transaction, where there is no change in beneficial ownership, customers must specify in the Narrative field of their instructions using the following format:
<Subscription><Amount><Fund name>
Similarly, when instructing a redemption transaction, where there is no change in beneficial ownership, customers must specify in the Narrative field of their instructions using the following format:
<NCBO><Redemption><Amount><Fund name>
This information will then be verified with the counterparty.
Account opening
Customers are advised that request for investment funds may have a lead time for account opening. Depending on the fund manager/transfer agent, it may take at least six months to open an account with a fund manager/transfer agent.
