Eligible fund types in CBL
Register market
Investment funds are known as mutual funds in Mexico and structured as corporations (sociedades anónimas de capital variable). There are two types of investment funds recognized by the Investment Funds Law and eligible in CBL:
- Equity Securities Investment Funds (fondos de inversión de renta variable)
- Debt Investment Funds (fondos de inversión en instrumentos de deuda)
