France: FTT : Unofficial list of affected securities 2014

Please find attached the unofficial 2014 list of securities impacted by the French Financial Transaction tax (FTT) for transactions realised in 2014, received from our French agent BNP Paribas Securities Services, Paris (BP2S).

The list of eligible companies was published in the French Official Journal dated 31 December 2013.

Customers are reminded that the FTT applies to shares of companies whose head office is located in France and whose market capitalisation exceeds EUR 1 billion on 1 December of the previous year.

Compared to the list issued in 2013, please note that the following 14 companies have been added:

Alten, Altran Tech, Artois Nom, Beneteau, Burelle, FFP, Fimalac, Lisi, Numéricable, Somfy S.A., Tarkett Promesses, Technicolor, Ubisoft Entertain, Unibel.

There is also a change of name for two companies:

France Telecom has become Orange; and
PPR is now named Kering.
