Italy: IFTT : List published of IFTT exempt Italian listed companies

Pursuant to art. 17, par. 3 of the Implementation Decree, the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) has published a list of Italian companies listed on domestic Regulated Markets and Multilateral Trading Facilities (MTFs) with a market capitalisation of less than EUR 500 million in November 2013.

According to the Implementation Decree, transactions and corporate events on shares issued by companies included in this list are exempt from Italian Financial Transaction Tax (IFTT).
