U.S.A.: FATCA: IRS publishes updated Form W-9 (Rev. October 2018)

The U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has published an updated form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification, on their website.
The main change on the updated Form W-9 is the backup withholding tax rate being updated to 24% for reportable payments.
