Deutsche Börse AG: Reverse entry of the Deutsche Börse shares submitted for exchange
Reference
The voluntary, public acquisition offer of HLDCO123 PLC, London to shareholders of Deutsche Börse AG is not being executed. Further information can be obtained in the securities gazette.
As a result, Clearstream Banking1 is transferring with value date of
6 April 2017
the Deutsche Börse shares submitted for exchange from ISIN DE000A2AA253 back to the original ISIN DE0005810055.
Conversion of holdings
The conversion at the ratio of 1:1 will be made by CBF in standard processing in the evening of 5 April 2017 with value date of 6 April 2017 to the custody account balances and positions of open stock exchange transactions (delivery positions).
Securities transfers against payment that have been entered in CASCADE and are pending for settlement will also be converted.
No registration of the shareholders by re-registration
The main holdings as well as holdings in the assigned positions in the security of the Deutsche Börse shares submitted for exchange will be converted 1:1 into the original security of Deutsche Börse AG.
After the reverse entry, the banks are not to send any messages to the share register.
