Provision of proportional rights
On the evening of 20 July 2017, to the holdings of PATRIZIA Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000PAT1AG3) PATRIZIA Immobilien AG bearer proportional rights (ISIN DE000PAT1TL3) will be transferred at a ratio of 10:1 with a value date of 20 July 2017.
Exchange of proportional rights into full rights
The exchange of proportional rights into full rights and the reversal thereof (only for correction purposes) is possible in the period from 21 July 2017 to 18 August 2017 inclusive. For this purpose, please use the transaction with the proportional rights expression (CASCADE book entry KVEE WE, field "TR") 3 or 4.

Notification of the shareholders upon re-registration
Credit of full rights is into unregistered positions. The registration of the shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration by the depositories.
