Merger of Vonovia SE with Gagfah S.A. as the ceasing company - Supplement

Following Announcement RS17145, Clearstream Banking¹ informs that the capital increase in kind of Vonovia SE was entered into the commercial register and therefore the merger is completed.

Exchange of proportional rights into full rights

From 18 July 2017 the exchange of portortional rights into full rights is possible:

Vonovia SE fractional rights (ISIN DE000A2GS4R1) into
Vonovia SE Namensaktien (ISIN DE000A1ML7J1)

For this purpose, please use the transaction KVEE WE (securities transfer) with the fractional rights indicator TR 3 in CASCADE:
