Clearstream Banking1 informs customer that on
13 April 2018
the booking of biolitec AG cash compensation claims (ISIN AT0000A202S6) will take place.
The transfer resolution has already been entered in the commercial register.
Cash compensation
As of 11 April 2018, no instructions for registrations, re-registratrions or changes in shareholder data from CASCADE-RS will be forwarded to the share register.
OTC transactions
Banks must ensure that all OTC transactions are settled no later than 12 April 2018.
OTC transactions that are still pending on the evening of 12 April 2018 must be deleted manually by the banks on the same day by 18:00. The deletion is not automatic.
