The transfer of holdings via Bankhaus Gebr. Martin AG is carried out in unregistered positions to the depository banks of the shareholders. The registration of shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration in CASCADE-RS.
Refund
For rewrites forwarded during the period from 13 September 2021 to 17 September 2021, CBF will charge a reduced price of €0.30 per item. CBF's customers will receive a corresponding refund at the end of the aforementioned period.
