Creation of the CSC holding
The creation of the holding on the CSC admission date will be carried out without the assistance of CBF via flatex Bank AG.
Instructions in CASCADE and CASCADE-RS will be possible from 12 August 2019.
Registration of shareholders in the share register
The transfer of holdings via flatex Bank AG is carried out in unregistered positions to the depository banks of the shareholders. The registration of shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration in CASCADE-RS.
Reimbursement
For re-registrations that are transmitted between 12 August 2019 and 16 August 2019, CBF charges a discounted price of EUR 0.30 per position. After this time period, CBF customers will be reimbursed accordingly.
Share register
The share register is managed by ADEUS Aktienregister-Service-GmbH.
