Zeal Network SE: Transfer of registered office and ISIN change

Zeal Network SE will relocate its registered office from Great Britain to Germany.

As a result, Clearstream Banking¹ is transferring with value date

31 October 2019

Zeal Network SE registered shares with ISIN GB00BHD66J44 into Zeal Network SE registered shares with ISIN DE000ZEAL241.

Conversion of holdings

The conversion in the ratio 1:1 will be made by Clearstream Banking during the standard processing of the evening of 30 October 2019 with value date of 31 October 2019 to the custody account balances and positions of open stock exchange transactions (delivery positions).

Securities transfers against payment that have been entered in CASCADE and are pending for settlement on the evening of 30 October 2019  will also be converted.

Transmission stop

Owing to the above action, the transmission of re-registration and registration instructions from CASCADE-RS will be interrupted in accordance with the information below.

No registration of shareholders by re-registration

After the reverse entry, banks do not have to send any registrations to the share register.
