Fyber N.V.: Conversion of registered shares into bearer shares

From 28 April 2020, no further instructions for registration or re-registration of shares or for modification of shareholder data will be transmitted from CASCADE-RS into the share register.
Removal of shares will be carried out automatically by Clearstream Banking AG1, and transfers of holdings will be booked on 29 April 2020. Transfers of securities will take place on 30 April 2020.
OTC transactions
Banks must ensure that all pending OTC transactions are settled by 29 April 2020 at the latest.
On 29 April 2020, all OTC transactions that are still pending in the evening must be manually settled by the banks by 19:00 on the same day.
The creation of bearer shares at a 1:1 ratio on the relevant conversion date will be carried out by Clearstream Banking1 in the standard processing on the evening of 29 April 2020, with a value date of 30 April 2020, on custody-account positions and on open stock-exchange and central-counterparty transactions (delivery positions).
