Provision of proportional rights
On the evening of 11 August 2020 to the holdings of PREOS Real Estate AG (ISIN DE000A2LQ850) PREOS Real Estate AG bearer proportional rights (ISIN DE000A289VY5) will be transferred at a ratio of 2:1 with a value date of 12 August 2020.
Exchange of proportional rights into full rights
The exchange of proportional rights into full rights and the corresponding reversal (only for correction purposes) are possible from 12 August 2020 to 26 August 2020 inclusive. For this purpose, a security transaction with the proportional rights expression (CASCADE book entry KVEE WE, field "TR") 3 or 4 must be used.

Notification of the shareholders upon re-registration
Credit of full rights is into unregistered positions. The registration of the shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration by the depositories.
