Velero Immobilien AG: Admission to registered shares and CASCADE-RS

Clearstream Banking¹ informs customer that the registered shares of Velero Immobilien AG (ISIN DE000A3H21V1) will be admitted to collective safe custody (CSC) and CASCADE-RS on

Creation of the CSC holding

The creation of the holding on the CSC admission date will be carried out without the assistance of CBF via Citigroup Global Markets Limited.

Instructions in CASCADE and CASCADE-RS will be possible from 27 October 2020.

Registration of shareholders in the share register

The transfer of holdings via Citigroup Global Markets Limited is carried out in unregistered positions to the depository banks of the shareholders. The registration of shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration in CASCADE-RS.

Reimbursement

For re-registrations that are transmitted between 27 October 2020 and 2 November 2020, CBF charges a discounted price of EUR 0.30 per position. After this time period, CBF customers will be reimbursed accordingly.

The share register is managed by HV AG.
