Conversion into "Lotto24 AG registered shares tendered for sale
The transfer is to be carried out by means of a securities transfer (CASCADE transaction: KVEE WE) under specification of the specification "4 - original shares into entitlements" in the field "TR". This transfer is only possible from the free reporting portfolio (FMB). The shares must therefore be transferred to the FMB in advance by means of a stock transfer (CASCADE-RS transaction: KVEE BV).
The exchange is to be carried out in the period from
16 August 2021 up to and including 13 September 2021
The "Lotto24 AG registered shares tendered for sale" (ISIN DE000LTT01V6) will be issued as registered securities. The shares resulting from the exchange described above will be made available in the FMB.
There is a re-booking period until 15 September 2021.
Notification of shareholders by transfer
The shareholders of the "Lotto24 AG registered shares tendered for sale" (ISIN DE000LTT01V6) are to be entered in the Company's share register. Corresponding rewrites (KVCU) can be entered into CASCADE-RS by the custodian banks since 16 August 2021.
Note on submission planning
Due to the processing capacities in CASCADE-RS, submissions in excess of 10,000 rewrites per transfer must be coordinated in advance with Customer Service. Clearstream Banking reserves the right to reject uncoordinated file transfers as part of the overall coordination.
