Capital increase of C. Bechstein Pianofortefabrik AG from authorised capital against cash contributions

As already published in the WM, a capital increase with a subscription ratio of 5:1 will take place in the class of C. Bechstein Pianofortefabrik AG 
(DE000A13SXG9).

The creation of holdings in the new shares of C. Bechstein Pianofortefabrik AG, Young Registered Shares (DE000A3MQB63) is expected to take place from 21 February 2022 in the free reporting portfolio (FMB).

Notification of shareholders in the share register

The registration of the shareholders in the share register of the issuer shall be made by the custodian banks by means of a transfer with transfer type "2" (other not from purchase) in CASCADE-RS.

Refund

For rewrites forwarded during the period from 21 February 2022 to
27 February 2022, CBF will charge a reduced price of €0.30 per item. Customers will receive a corresponding refund at the end of the aforementioned period.

Note on submission planning

Due to the processing capacities in the share register and in CASCADE-RS,
submissions in excess of 10,000 rewrites per transfer must be coordinated in advance with Customer Service. Clearstream Banking reserves the right to reject uncoordinated file transfers as part of the overall coordination.
