Provision of proportional rights
On the evening of 29 June 2023, to the holdings of NEON Equity AG (ISIN DE000A3DW408) NEON Equity AG bearer proportional rights (ISIN DE000A35JR58) will be transferred at a ratio of 10:1 with the value date of 20 June 2023.
Exchange of proportional rights into full rights
The exchange of proportional rights into full rights and the reversal thereof (only for correction purposes) is possible in the period from 30 June 2023 up to and including 14 July 2023. For this purpose, please use the transaction with the proportional rights expression (CASCADE book entry KVEE WE, field "TR") 3 or 4.

Notification of the shareholders upon re-registration
Credit of full rights is into unregistered positions. The registration of the shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration by the depositories.
