17 July 2023

Creation of CSC holding 

The creation of the holding on the CSC admission date will be carried out without the assistance of Clearstream Banking via Quirin Privatbank AG.

Instructions in CASCADE and CASCADE-RS will be possible from 17 July 2023.

Registration of shareholders in the share register

The transfer of holdings via Quirin Privatbank AG is carried out in unregistered positions (Freier Meldebestand) to the depository banks of the shareholders. The registration of shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration in CASCADE-RS.
