Re-registration stop from 21 to 24 August 2023
It will not be possible to create and forward re-registration and initial registration instructions in the class of LEONI AG registered shares (ISIN DE0005408884) in CASCADE-RS between 21 and 24 August 2023. The system will automatically delete re-registration or initial registration instructions that are pending in CASCADE-RS during this period.
Removal of registered shares from the books on 24 August 2023
On 23 August 2023 and in preparation for the removal, Clearstream Banking1 will automatically transfer the registered positions in LEONI AG registered shares (ISIN DE0005408884) to Freier Meldebestand (FMB, unregistered positions) of the respective bank via position transfer.
Positions in LEONI AG registered shares (ISIN DE0005408884) will be removed for value date 24 August 2023.
OTC transactions
Banks have to ensure that all OTC transactions are settled by 23 August 2023 at the latest.
OTC transactions still pending on the evening of 23 August 2023 have to be converted by the banks. The transactions will not be converted automatically.
