Autodoc SE: Admission to collective safe custody and CASCADE-RS

Clearstream Banking1 informs clients that the registered shares of Autodoc SE (ISIN DE000AUTD999) will be admitted to collective safe custody (CSC) and CASCADE-RS on
2 April 2024
Creation of CSC holding
The creation of the holding on the CSC admission date will be carried out without the assistance of Clearstream Banking via Baader Bank AG.
Instructions in CASCADE and CASCADE-RS will be possible from 2 April 2024.
Registration of shareholders in the share register
The transfer of holdings via Baader Bank AG is carried out in unregistered positions (Freier Meldebestand) to the depository banks of the shareholders. The registration of shareholders in the share register of the issuer is implemented via re-registration in CASCADE-RS.
Reimbursement
For re-registrations that are transmitted in the period from 2 to 8 April 2024, CBF charges a discounted price of EUR 0.30 per position. After this time period, CBF clients will be reimbursed accordingly.

The share register is managed by Computershare Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG.
