Capital increase of pferdewetten.de AG from authorised capital against cash contributions
As already published in Wertpapier-Mitteilungen (a gazette with securities announcements), there will be a capital increase at a rate of 25:4 in the class of pferdewetten.de AG (ISIN DE000A2YN777) .
The creation of positions in the new shares in pferdewetten.de AG, new registered shares (ISIN DE000A3EX3Q9) is scheduled to take place in the unregistered shares ("freier Meldebstand", FMB) from 21 March 2024.
Registration of shareholders in the share register
The registration of the shareholders in the issuer's share register is implemented via the depository banks by re-registration in CASCADE-RS using the re-registration type "2" (other not as purchase).
Reimbursement
For re-registrations that are transmitted between 21 March 2024 and 27 March 2024, Clearstream Banking AG1 will charge a discounted price of EUR 0.30 per position. After this time period, clients will be reimbursed accordingly.
Note about submission planning
Due to the processing capacities in the share register and in CASCADE-RS, submissions amounting to 10,000 re-registrations or more per transfer must be arranged in advance with Client Services. Within the scope of overall coordination, CBF reserves the right to reject file transfers that have not been arranged in advance.
