Clearstream Banking AG1 informs clients that effective
16 October 2024
a squeeze-out of minority shareholders in Lotto24 AG registered shares (ISIN DE000LTT2470) will take place.
The following schedule applies:
Squeeze-out on payment date 16 October 2024
As of 14 October 2024, no re-registration and registration instructions or shareholder data changes will be forwarded from CASCADE-RS to the shareholder register.
CBF will perform the closing out automatically. Holdings will be transferred on 15 October 2024. Securities will be transferred in the night-time processing with value date 16 October 2024.
On 16 October 2024, compensation will be paid to the squeezed-out shareholders on the holdings recorded in the books as of 15 October 2024.
OTC transactions
Banks must ensure that all pending OTC transactions are settled no later than 15 October 2024.
OTC transactions that are still pending on the evening of 15 October 2024 must be deleted manually by the banks on the same day by 18:00. The deletion is not automatic.
