Blue Energy Group AG: Admission to collective safe custody and CASCADE-RS

Clearstream Banking AG¹ informs clients that the registered shares of Blue Energy Group AG (ISIN DE000A3D3VP6 and DE000A40KYF9) will be admitted to collective safe custody (CSC) and CASCADE-RS on 

2 December 2024

Creation of the CSC holding 

Quirin Privatbank AG will create the holding on the CSC admission date without the assistance of CBF.

From 2 December 2024, it will be possible to place instructions in CASCADE and CASCADE-RS.

Registration of shareholders in the share register

Blue Energy Group AG transfers the holdings to the shareholders' depository banks in unregistered positions (Freier Meldebestand - FMB). Shareholders are reported in the issuer's share register via re-registration in CASCADE-RS.
