BNP Paribas S.A. Niederlassung Deutschland will create the holding on the CSC admission date without the assistance of CBF.
From 9 June 2025, it will be possible to place instructions in CASCADE and CASCADE-RS.
Registration of shareholders in the share register
BNP Paribas S.A. Niederlassung Deutschland transfers the holdings to the shareholders' depository banks in unregistered positions (Freier Meldebestand - FMB). Shareholders are reported in the issuer's share register via re-registration in CASCADE-RS.
