The Liquidity Alliance
Established in January 2013, The Liquidity Alliance aims at providing a platform for central securities depositories (CSDs) to collaborate on collateral management solutions addressing the growing domestic and global need for collateral. Its mission is to share information and ideas, creating opportunities for clients and the wider industry while promoting best practices in liquidity and collateral management.
To date, The Liquidity Alliance consists of the following members:

Ume
Clearstream is proud to be able to offer with Fund Centre a centralised 24 hours access through a digital platform to the required KYD information. Additionally, a standardised KYD due diligence questionnaire is made available and updated on a yearly basis with direct input from asset managers and in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations.
This digital solution is supported by our partnership with ume, a leading KYD platform. That partnership provides an open solution that can also be used by the Fund Centre participants to leverage the ume solutions for flows that are outside of the platform.

ISS ESG
Clearstream, Deutsche Börse’s post-trade services provider, has partnered with ISS ESG, the sustainable investment arm of ISS STOXX, which is also majority-owned by Deutsche Börse Group. This collaboration aims to enhance the sustainability data offering for fund distributors. ISS ESG ratings and packages will now be integrated into Clearstream’s new web-based fund distribution collaboration tool, Compass. This integration simplifies access to ESG information for fund distributors, enhancing fund selection, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
