Monday, 26 April 2021
all T+0 and T+1 funds linked to Goldman Sachs Fund, plc will change settlement method for subscriptions from free of payment to delivery against payment.

Timeline for process adaptations
- All subscriptions sent before cut-off on Friday, 23 April 2021 will settle free of payment.
- All subscriptions sent after cut-off on Friday, 23 April 2021 will settle against payment.
- No change to transfers.
- No change to Fund Issuance Account (FIA).
