CFF: JPMorgan Liquidity Funds - Important changes

JPMorgan Liquidity Funds will change transfer agent to JP Morgan Bank Luxembourg S.A.

All customers of Clearstream Banking¹ that hold positions in these investment fund shares will continue to benefit from the CFF process and services.

Timeline for process adaptations

• Clearstream Banking will automatically transfer all positions in the overnight processing preceding MD-1. No action is required by Clearstream Banking account holders.
• Please refer to the attached file with the Official Fund Cut-off times including the improved and agreed Cut-off times for Clearstream.
• To benefit from the entire settlement day cycle customers shall ensure to set the settlement flag to “optional” as especially settlement for USD denominated funds is likely to occur in the optional settlement period given the fund Cut-off times.³
